Following a three-decade career operating an award-winning custom cabinetry shop in South Florida, Kelly Ramsay began her real estate career in 2014 and ran a successful firm in the Palm Beach area. In 2017, Kelly and her husband Doug purchased a vacation home in Sapphire, NC, and in 2018, traded ocean breezes for cool mountain mist when they moved to the area full-time.  After falling in love with the area - they are building their 3rd home since moving here full time.  She says had she known what life was like here - she'd have moved here 30 years ago.

In early 2022, Kelly joined Allen Tate/Pat Allen Realtors®  was instrumental in opening the Cashiers office.

Kelly’s unique ability to walk into a space and visualize the possibilities is an asset to both buyers and sellers. Her passion is walking clients through the process of homebuying or selling and helping repeat clients throughout their life-long homeownership journey.

With more than well over $100 million+  in career sales volume including $30+  million in 2024 - she is consistently a Monthly Top Performer and is in the President's Circle for sales.

She enjoys reading,  listening to her husband play live music at local venues and entertaining friends.
